Why is it that every weelky maintenance in the game called 'flyff' causes a problem?

Every week flyff undergoes maintenance. But after each maintenance people (including me) are having trouble logging in to the game. Just like now. After this week's maintenance, I am again having a problem logging in to the game.|||The game is bugged. That's why there's always a maintenance.
